O <em>mindful eating<\/em>, ou seja, o conceito de comer com aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena surge desse contexto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nessa pr\u00e1tica, baseada em t\u00e9cnicas do <em>mindfulness<\/em>, o objetivo \u00e9 estar com o <strong>foco na refei\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> e at\u00e9 mesmo em todos os processos envolvidos nesse momento, desde o preparo at\u00e9 lavar as lou\u00e7as, por exemplo.
